Project Sanyata

Project Sanyata is a DICT capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen the digital skills and ICT competencies of Filipinos across various sectors, with a particular focus on communities and groups that have historically had limited access to technology training. The project delivers structured digital skills interventions that range from basic digital literacy to more applied technical competencies, empowering participants to navigate digital tools and platforms confidently and to leverage technology for employment, livelihood, and civic participation.

Through coordinated delivery across local government units, community organizations, and partner institutions, Project Sanyata extends the reach of DICT’s digital workforce development agenda to underserved areas and populations — ensuring that the benefits of digital skills training are distributed equitably across the country. By building a digitally capable citizenry from the ground up, the project contributes to the broader national goal of inclusive digital transformation, where every Filipino — regardless of geography, socioeconomic status, or background — has the opportunity to participate meaningfully in the digital economy and modern workforce.
