The DICT Digital Skills for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) program provides tailored ICT and digital skills training designed to meet the specific needs and circumstances of Filipino job seekers with disabilities. Delivered in partnership with PESO offices and organizations serving the disability sector, the program equips PWD participants with market-relevant digital skills that enable them to pursue remote work and freelancing opportunities — pathways to employment that are particularly well-suited to individuals who may face mobility or accessibility challenges in traditional workplace settings.
