Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar Online (PEOS Online) is a mandatory web-based orientation program for individuals who are planning to work overseas as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Administered by the Department of Migrant Workers, PEOS Online provides aspiring OFWs with essential information before they apply for jobs abroad.
The seminar covers:
- Basic procedures for legal overseas employment
- Roles of licensed recruitment agencies
- Common recruitment scams and how to avoid illegal recruitment
- Workers’ rights and responsibilities
- Important government services and requirements for deployment
PEOS Online helps applicants make informed decisions, understand the risks of overseas employment, and prepare properly for the application and deployment process. After completing the online modules, participants receive a certificate of completion, which is often required before proceeding with further employment processing.
