DOLE Regional Office VIII

The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. VIII (DOLE-RO8) is the regional arm of DOLE mandated to implement labor and employment policies, programs, and services across Eastern Visayas.

Established to protect the rights and welfare of workers in the region, DOLE-RO8 serves the provinces of Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Samar, and Southern Leyte — ensuring decent employment opportunities and industrial peace throughout the region. Through its network of field offices and partner agencies, DOLE-RO8 delivers frontline services that address the needs of workers, employers, and communities alike.
