The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for the protection of the rights and promotion of the welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.
The DMW Satellite Office in Tacloban City is located at the 3rd Floor, Uytingkoc Building, Senator Enage Street, Tacloban City, serving as the primary gateway for OFW services in Eastern Visayas. Through its programs and services, DMW RO8 facilitates overseas employment, provides legal assistance, and supports the reintegration of migrant workers and their families across the region.
