The Department of Information and Communications Technology Regional Office No. VIII (DICT-RO8) is the regional arm of DICT mandated to plan, implement, and promote ICT development across Eastern Visayas.
Serving the provinces of Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Samar, and Southern Leyte, DICT-RO8 drives digital transformation through expanded connectivity, free public Wi-Fi, and digital literacy programs that empower communities across the region.
