The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office 8 (DOLE-RO8) conducted the ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ญ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฑ๐ท๐๐๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ (๐๐ ๐ฃ) ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ on February 3-4, 2026, benefiting forty (40) micro establishments affected by economic challenges and workplace adjustments.
This was followed by the ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ช๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ ๐ฃ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, held on February 5-6, 2026, which assisted thirty-six (36) participating micro enterprises in developing sound proposals and intervention plans aimed at sustaining business operations and preserving employment.
These activities underscore DOLEโs commitment to help micro establishments cope with economic difficulties, enhance productivity, and protect workersโ jobs through targeted capacity-building and adjustment support. Present during these activities were Atty. Joan Noya-Nidua, DOLE-RO8 Assistant Regional Director; Atty. Cecilio I. Baleลa, Med-Arbiter and AMP Regional Focal Person; Mr. Reynaldo Soliveres, RTWPB Board Secretary; and Mr. Virgilio A. Doroja Jr., Chief of the DOLE-RO8 Technical Support Services Division.
Through the AMP, DOLE helps private companies and workers manage economic disruptions, focusing on job preservation, enhancing skills, and boosting competitiveness through financial aid for training, productivity, and sustainable practices.
